Employee say company leadership is key contributor to job satisfaction, commitment & intent to stay; especially true for top talent. Recent Survey states that employees value the leadership qualities of honesty & integrity. Only 1% of companies rate their succession management plans as excellent; two- third rate them as fair or worse.
